Sunseeker International is seeking a highly organised and detail‑orientated Operations Administrator to support the smooth running of our operations function. You will play a key role in workforce administration, reporting, and coordination, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and effective day‑to‑day operational support. This role suits someone proactive, solutions‑focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
At Sunseeker, no two days are the same. You’ll balance a variety of administrative and coordination activities, from supporting senior leadership and organising operational events to managing workforce data, reporting, and scheduling. You’ll collaborate closely with managers across the business to ensure accurate time and attendance records, support workforce planning, and coordinate activities such as Occupational Health scheduling and site logistics, all aligned to operational delivery. Although you'll be based at our Shipyards, you will be expected to travel frequently to other Dorset sites.
