Sunseeker International in Poole seeks a proactive Talent & People Coordinator to support HR and recruitment, onboarding, and people initiatives. You will engage with stakeholders across the business, keeping HR records up to date and driving employee engagement programs.
The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, discretion with confidential information, and a proactive, positive attitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Sunseeker was founded on a bold vision: to create a new kind of yacht and redefine what was possible on the water. From our earliest designs in 1967, we’ve pushed boundaries and reshaped the motor yacht industry through innovation, craftsmanship and relentless ambition.
At the heart of every Sunseeker lies a legacy of expert hands and meticulous attention to detail, skills refined and passed down through generations. These are the qualities that set our yachts apart - and the qualities that continue to drive our craft today.
In a world increasingly defined by automation, we remain committed to building hand‑crafted, hand‑finished boats. With over 1,800 talented team members across our busy shipyards - from long‑serving specialists to more than 180 apprentices - our Sunseeker workforce reflects the strength, diversity and pride of our local community. It’s this blend of heritage, skill and passion that makes our shipyards unlike any other place in the world.
Behind every yacht is a talented team of people, and we are looking for a proactive and organised Talent & People Coordinator to support our Talent & People function.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within HR and Talent Acquisition, working closely with stakeholders across the business and contributing to employee engagement, recruitment, onboarding, and people initiatives.
We are looking for a highly organised, positive and professional individual with a passion for people and delivering excellent administrative support. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be comfortable managing multiple priorities, and possess strong communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of HR and recruitment processes, be confident handling sensitive information, and enjoy building relationships with colleagues across all levels of the organisation.
No two days are the same in this varied role. One day you may be supporting the onboarding of new employees, coordinating recruitment activities and maintaining HR records. The next, you could be organising employee engagement initiatives, assisting with company-wide forums and events or producing reports and KPI data for the wider leadership team.
You will play a key role in ensuring our people processes run smoothly while helping to create a positive experience for both candidates and employees throughout their journey with Sunseeker.
