Location: 6 Queens Lane, Bromfield Industrial Estate, Mold, CH7 1JR

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum, Dependend on experience

Jackson Fire & Security is a rapidly expanding company with operations across the UK, offering fire and security solutions to various sectors, including education, social housing, property management, and retail. We provide everything from basic fire extinguishers to large-scale commercial installations, trusted for our quality, reliability, and service.

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused Operations Administrator to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent, office-based role working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Flexibility may occasionally be required to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Service & Communication:
  • Serve as a key contact for customer queries, providing timely updates via phone and email.
  • Coordinate with customers regarding bookings, changes, follow-ups, and service updates.
  • Follow up post-service to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
  • Handle service-related queries and complaints professionally and helpfully.
  • Maintain strong relationships with regular clients and ensure high service standards.
  • Operational Support & Administration:
    • Process inspection reports and invoices accurately.
    • Manage job and customer data in databases and CRM systems.
    • Assist with scheduling engineer appointments and tracking jobs.
    • Monitor and respond to emails promptly.
    • Coordinate internal communications among teams for seamless service.
    • Support general administrative tasks, including document prep, filing, and data management.
    • Maintain spreadsheets, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy.
    • Handle office tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
    • Answer and route incoming calls appropriately.
    About you:

    Requirements:

    • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
    • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional manner.
    • Proficiency in Office 365, CRM systems, and business software.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
    • Proactive, adaptable, and willing to take initiative.
