Interim Operations Administrator from the company Fim Limited is a job vacancy located in Warrington WA WD, United Kingdom. This position is open to candidates with a GCSE qualification. The role is within the Administration field.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Salary up to £30,000 per annum
  • 6-month fixed-term contract
  • Hybrid & flexible working arrangements
  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm

FIM (Fulcrum Infrastructure Management) manages social infrastructure assets for Meridiam, a global infrastructure investment company.

Our LIFTco team manages 17 buildings in the North West and 18 in London. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Interim Operations Manager to join our team.

The Role

As an Operations Administrator, you will support the FIG Operations team by collating and organizing project data into a single source, conducting data gap analyses, and building SharePoint file structures.

About You

You should have excellent interpersonal skills, be adaptable to changing requirements, and possess good knowledge of SharePoint and Windows systems. Experience in administrative or operational environments is preferred but not essential.
