Qualifications

Confidence working with digital systems, data, dashboards and emerging technologies; able to assess practical opportunities and risks associated with AI.
Excellent analytical, project management, communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
Ability to influence across departments, manage competing priorities and deliver change through others.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, planning, prioritisation, data interpretation and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Operational Transformation Strategy: Develop and maintain a Professional Services improvement roadmap.
Translate priorities into measurable transformation initiatives and prioritise projects by impact and risk.
Map and review key processes; identify duplication and bottlenecks; lead redesign and implementation.
Develop standard operating approaches for consistency; establish data quality and governance.
Digital Transformation: Identify opportunities to improve services through technology and integration.
Responsible AI Adoption: Create frameworks for responsible AI use aligned with policy.
Data, Dashboards and Performance: Create measures and dashboards for evidence-based decisions.
Compliance and Assurance: Conduct operational assurance reviews and address control weaknesses.
Change Management: Lead structured implementation and stakeholder engagement; monitor benefits realization.
Governance and Reporting: Maintain transformation portfolio and provide updates to leadership.
