Job summary

London College of Contemporary Arts (LCCA) is seeking an Associate Director of Campus Operations to ensure London campuses operate safely, efficiently and with an excellent student and staff experience. The role provides clear ownership of campus readiness, operational standards, capacity utilisation and service coordination.

Qualifications

• Significant operational leadership experience in a complex organisation; multi-site operations.
• Strong understanding of operational management, service delivery, risk, health and safety interfaces, capacity planning and performance management.
• Ability to lead teams, influence senior stakeholders and establish clear accountability.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, planning, prioritisation, data interpretation and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Campus Operations and Readiness: provide strategic and operational leadership across LCCA.
• Ensure campuses are operationally ready for teaching, enrolment, events and other institutional activity.
• Establish clear standards for opening, closing, daily readiness, incident management and service continuity.
• Oversee Student Hub and campus-facing services, coordinating with relevant departments.
• Monitor service levels, queues, demand, complaints and recurring issues.
• Coordinate with Estates, Facilities, Health and Safety on maintenance, access and environmental standards.
