Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking an Operational Training Manager for our M&S site in Bradford. You will lead the training agenda, drive operational capability and compliance, and support business performance through workforce development.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00 with some flexibility. The ideal candidate will design and deliver training across the site and collaborate with leaders to close capability gaps.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading training/learning teams in fast-paced settings.
• Strong ability to design and govern training plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Operational and MHE Training Team and foster a learning culture.
• Design, deliver, and govern training plans aligned with priorities and compliance.
• Drive Health & Safety initiatives and ensure high training standards.
• Oversee site onboarding, inductions and competency programmes.
