About The Role

What you will be responsible for:

You will play an essential role in supporting the O&M Department by managing data systems, coordinating training, and providing general administrative support.

Working hours and location:

36.5 hours per week (8:30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 4pm Friday, with a 1-hour lunch). The role is based at the Operations and Maintenance Department Service Centre in Louth, Lincolnshire.

Salary: £28,000.

  • Strong data handling skills, with the ability to produce accurate reports from various sources.
  • Self-motivated with good time management and organisational skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make decisions independently.
  • Responsibility for project delivery under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Essential skills & experience:

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerQuery, PowerBi, PowerApps, Power Automate).
  • Strong verbal communication skills at all levels.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • High accuracy in work and report generation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently.
  • IT hardware knowledge (PCs, networking).
  • Experience with SQL, CMMS, SCADA, financial systems, APIs, and cybersecurity protocols.
  • Experience in analyzing business needs.
