John Lewis Partnership is recruiting an Operational Support Analyst in Bracknell. You will drive financial accuracy, manage reporting for monthly and annual closures, and support budgeting and forecasting for Central Transport.
The role is hybrid, 35 hours per week, on a 12-month secondment basis within Bracknell Head Office. Night premium applies for working between 22:00 and 06:00.
As an Operational Support Analyst you will drive financial accuracy and process improvement across Central Transport. You will lead reporting for monthly and yearly closures, manage budget forecasting, and oversee cost allocation and fleet analysis. By collaborating with finance business partners and fleet operators, you will provide critical insights to support our strategic financial goals.
In addition to your contractual pay, any time worked between 22:00 - 06:00 will attract Night Premium at a rate of £4.75 per hour. This will also apply to existing Partners who have enrolled onto Enhanced Hours Premium arrangements.
