Role Description

The Operational Specialist is a full-time or part time , on-site role based in the Greater Glasgow Area. This role is about developing the Operations Team into high performing team members working together to promote excellent standards in cleaning and ensuring that everyone feels important in their role in the company. This role is responsible for coordinating daily cleaning operations, monitoring service delivery, and ensuring that work schedules, staffing, and resources are aligned with client requirements. The Operational Specialist will implement performance indicators, support problem resolution, and assist in implementing process improvements across multiple sites. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with clients and internal teams, preparing operational reports, supporting project rollouts, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. The role also involves supporting sales and account management activities by providing operational insights and contributing to proposals and service reviews.
