Job summary

Culina Logistics, a market-leading 3PL food and drink specialist, is seeking an Operational Solutions Support Lead to drive operational systems across the chilled network. The role involves collaborating with Operations, IT, CI, and Projects to implement solutions, embed best practices, and champion new processes with regular travel across sites.

Qualifications

Significant experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Experience leading or supporting systems implementations and business change projects.
Strong understanding of operational processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience managing UAT, governance, and change adoption activities.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Act as the key contact for operational systems and solutions across multiple sites.
Support operational change projects, system implementations, and process improvements.
Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and governance.
Build relationships with Operations, IT, CI, and Project teams to ensure delivery of initiatives.
Drive standardisation, compliance, and best practice across the network.
Support site teams with operational challenges, system issues and performance improvement.
