Shaw Trust seeks an Operational Safeguarding Manager to support the management of high-quality safeguarding across operational divisions. This role will work with Operational Divisions and central safeguarding colleagues to ensure staff and volunteers understand safeguarding risks and respond appropriately to disclosures and incidents, following Shaw Trust's values and procedures (the 5 Rs).

• Ensure responses to safeguarding disclosures and incidents follow Shaw Trust values and established reporting and investigation procedures (the 5 Rs).

Purpose

The Operational Safeguarding Manager will support the management of high-quality safe and effective services across the operational divisions. This role will work alongside Operational Divisions and the central safeguarding colleagues to ensure all staff and volunteers understand the nature of safeguarding risks and respond appropriately to Safeguarding disclosures and incidents in accordance with our values and our reporting and investigation procedures (sometimes referred to as the 5 Rs).
