Nationwide is seeking an Operational Risk Oversight Manager – Operational Resilience to join the Second Line of Defence. The role focuses on governance of resilience outcomes and challenging risk frameworks to protect members and ensure service continuity.

You will engage with business leaders to review resilience controls, ITol/IBS refreshes, and annual self-assessments, providing guidance to meet regulatory expectations and drive maturity across the organisation.

Formación

• Deep knowledge of operational resilience management principles and regulatory expectations.
• Experience in risk management, audit or compliance within financial services.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to analyse risk frameworks and identify improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver operational risk oversight of resilience posture and governance frameworks.
• Review resilience methodologies and assess compliance with related policies.
• Provide guidance to First Line teams to meet evolving resilience requirements.
• Challenge business leaders on risk assessments and mitigation plans.
