The LME Group is recruiting an Operational Resilience Manager responsible for reviewing and maintaining the Operational Resilience Framework, ensuring its relevance and integration across the organization. This includes implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and map important business services and their dependencies, annually or after major changes.
• Document supporting people, processes, technology, facilities, data, and security measures.
• Identify risks to business services with service owners.
• Assess and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Develop and maintain impact tolerance statements.
• Define scenarios to test impact tolerances, including extreme but plausible cases, aligning with ISO22301 standards.
• Coordinate incident management and post-incident reviews.
• Act as Crisis lead when necessary and support on-call duties.
• Report to governance committees and support project requirements.
• Build expertise in industry and regulatory standards as an operational resilience SME.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in operational resilience, business continuity, or operational risk roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulatory requirements (FCA, Bank of England).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• ISO22301 certification or BCI qualification preferred.
• Degree in Resilience, Disaster Management, or Operational Risk preferred.

• Knowledge of resilience processes and tools.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex proposals convincingly.
