Operational Resilience Manager
The LME Group is recruiting an Operational Resilience Manager to oversee and enhance the organisation's Operational Resilience Framework. This role involves implementation, monitoring, and ongoing improvement to ensure resilience remains effective and relevant across the organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to identify, prioritise, and map critical business services and their dependencies.
- Document supporting people, processes, technology, facilities, data, and security measures.
- Identify and assess risks to critical services, working with service owners to address vulnerabilities.
- Develop impact tolerance statements and create scenarios to test resilience, including extreme but plausible events, aligned with ISO22301 standards.
- Coordinate incident response and post-incident reviews, acting as Crisis Lead when necessary.
- Report to the Operational Resilience Governance Committee and support project teams with resilience requirements.
- Build industry and regulatory expertise to serve as a resilience subject matter expert for the firm.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years' experience in operational resilience, business continuity, or operational risk roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulatory requirements (e.g., FCA, Bank of England).
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- ISO22301 certification or BCI qualification is preferred.
- Degree in Resilience, Disaster Management, or Operational Risk is advantageous.

- Broad understanding of operational resilience processes and tools.
- Effective communicator with the ability to influence and build rapport.
- Organised, analytical, and results-oriented with a sense of urgency.
