Job summary

Salary is £65,000–£70,000 per year with bonus and benefits. The position is permanent, based in City of London, offering hybrid working and close collaboration with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven operational resiliency and project management experience.
• Banking/financial services sector experience preferred.
• Experience leading technical exercise programmes and stress testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical exercise programmes and drive enhancement actions
• Support the design of stress-testing scenarios
• Support governance through minute taking and actions plans
• Draft finding reports and deliver responses
• Enhance/maintain the operational resiliency framework
• Maintain internal calendars, co-ordinate events, maintain the internal risk register and support wider policy initiatives
