Job summary

Simplyhealth is seeking a Business Resilience Manager to ensure the organisation can respond to, recover from and adapt to disruption, protecting people, customers and services across the UK. Reporting to the Head of Cyber Security & Business Resilience, you will develop and maintain resilience frameworks, policies, controls and governance to embed resilience in daily operations.

You’ll coordinate resilience mapping across people, technology, suppliers and facilities, run scenario testing

Qualifications

Experience building and maintaining a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS).
Experience developing resilience frameworks aligned to ISO 22301 and FCA requirements.
Ability to map resilience across people, technology, suppliers and facilities.
Strong governance, reporting and incident response skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain and continuously improve the BCMS and related governance activities.
Develop and maintain Operational Resilience frameworks aligned to ISO/FCA standards.
Conduct resilience mapping across people, tech, suppliers and facilities.
Lead resilience testing and disaster recovery exercises.
Support incident management activities and post-incident reporting.
Produce resilience metrics and reporting for senior stakeholders and Board.
Deliver training and awareness programmes to strengthen resilience capability.
Promote a culture of resilience and risk awareness across the organisation.
