EggAI is a transformation partner on a core banking system replacement for a client, laying the foundations for operating agentic AI in production. You will define what operational readiness means and prove it at each gate, working with client teams, MSPs, and EggAI platform engineers.

The role is remote with London presence for gate weeks and workshops, reporting to the Programme Plan & Execution Lead. You will lead change and shape responsibilities across the new platform's operating model.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading IT operations or SRE teams.
• Experience aligning operations with development and business goals.
• Experience introducing SLOs and error budgets in organisations.
• Experience with managed service providers and setting standards.

Responsabilités

• Reliability targets — set SLOs and error-budget framework and adoption by service owners.
• Observability and detection — define telemetry and logs, ensure path from alerts to owners.
• Incident and change path — define runbook coverage, extend incident classification and measure rollback.
• Capacity and performance — direct headroom planning and chaos testing for critical rails.
• Gate evidence — own the Operational Acceptance Report and readiness certificates.
• Operating organisation — decide responsibilities between client teams and MSPs and lead change.
