• Build and support the implementation of the operational risk management framework.
• Provide oversight and challenge to the first line of defence.
• Support the implementation and operation of Monzo’s risk management framework.
• Partner with teams to develop new products incorporating good risk practices.
• Manage and follow up on risk events.
