EggAI seeks an architecture lead to own the shared AI platform design, covering the AI Control Plane and Runtime. You’ll align with client standards, define service interfaces, and govern security, identity, and audit controls across engineering, security, and risk teams.

You will drive ADRs, engage in architecture governance, and ensure production readiness while mentoring delivery engineers and producing clear, auditable design records for clients.

Qualifications

• Accountable solution or platform architect for production systems.
• Cloud platforms delivered into production in regulated environments with governance.
• Strong knowledge of Azure, networking, identity, and managed services.
• Hands-on with API gateways, OAuth/OIDC and policy as code.

Responsabilités

• Own the architecture of the AI Control Plane and Runtime across client ecosystems.
• Define interfaces, contracts, and where controls are enforced (gateway, control plane, runtime).
• Record architecture decisions and deviations for client approvals.
• Lead design reviews and ensure tests meet acceptance criteria and governance.
• Maintain ADRs and evidence for audit and regulatory requirements.
• Guide production readiness, recovery planning, and fault exercises.
• Work across security, risk, engineering and client architecture functions.
• Prepare client engineers with training, handover, and documentation.
