Job summary

EggAI Technologies GmbH is seeking a delivery lead to guide enterprise clients through establishing a shared AI platform. You will manage inception, governance, and handover, coordinating platform engineering, security, risk, and operations with sponsors and client teams.

You will shape operating models, drive adoption, and ensure production readiness, with direct access to EggAI leadership and client sponsors to influence delivery outcomes across Europe.

Qualifications

• Led technology programmes into production in regulated environments.
• Designed operating models, approval workflows and governance structures.
• Managed budgets and contractual scope in client delivery, including changes.
• Led cross-functional delivery teams across engineering, security, risk and operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery plan and milestones, ensuring commitments fit scope, budget and team capacity.
• Secure client commitments and access, and resolve delays with responsible teams.
• Design the target operating model with the client, defining ownership and escalation routes.
• Run milestone acceptance, submit evidence, and secure decisions within agreed review periods.
• Lead change control with sponsors and EggAI leadership, agreeing scope, cost and dates.
• Secure production readiness with defined service ownership and operating cover before go-live.
• Lead go-live coordination and the intensive post-release support period.
• Drive platform adoption and training with the technical team for shared controls and delivery processes.
• Oversee operating handover with practical exercises and ensure ongoing duties post-engagement.
• Provide sponsors with progress, risks, and adoption metrics via weekly reviews and demonstrations.
