Job summary

Alternative Futures Group is seeking an organised Operational Project Support Lead to ensure smooth delivery across compliance, recruitment, and related operations.

The role is fast-paced, requiring responsiveness and adaptability, with direct line management by the Area Manager and no on-call duties. You will support monitoring and process improvement, driving quality outcomes for people supported.

Qualifications

• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to demonstrate initiative, self-motivation, and resourcefulness.
• Experience using IT systems to manage service and people.
• Knowledge of safeguarding adult and child protection procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete administrative, logistical, and operational activities.
• Track progress on key projects and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support effective communication between stakeholders.
• Ensure project plans are executed on time and to standard.
• Assist with compliance monitoring and recruitment processes.
