Qualifications

• Experience leading and delivering operational projects or improvements.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Leadership experience with the ability to support, mentor and develop teams.
• Experience working with CRM systems, operational systems or workflow platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coordinate testing, implementation activities and process rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Training, mentoring and supporting the Operations team.
• Leading operational and systems-based projects from planning through to delivery.
• Managing project plans, timelines, risks and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinating testing, implementation and post-launch support.
• Supporting the onboarding of new business partners and service providers.
• Creating and maintaining accurate records within CRM and internal systems.
• Setting up onboarding documentation, system permissions and commercial information.
• Acting as a key contact for onboarding updates and operational queries.
• Working with internal teams and third‑party providers to improve systems and processes.
• Identifying opportunities for automation and operational efficiencies.
• Supporting system configuration, troubleshooting and business change activities.
• Producing project documentation, process maps and operational procedures.
• Providing senior operational support and escalation where required.
• Driving continuous improvement and successful adoption of new processes across the business.
