Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is recruiting an experienced Operations Manager to join the Senior Leadership Team at a unique facility.

You will drive performance, ensure dignity and fairness in resident care, and promote an inclusive staff culture while maintaining governance and safety standards across contractual obligations. You will lead teams, manage stakeholders, and guide continuous improvement with a strong focus on staff wellbeing and social value.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support teams to deliver high standards of performance, professionalism and resident-centred care.
• Maintain a visible leadership presence and participate in the Duty Director and Duty Manager rota.
• Ensure staffing, operational delivery and compliance meet contractual, financial and Home Office standards.
• Build a culture focused on dignity, inclusion, wellbeing, safeguarding and professional conduct.
• Work with internal teams, external agencies and key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute directly to centre strategy, workplace culture and operational performance.
• Lead initiatives supporting staff wellbeing, resident care and social value.
