Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a dependable Multiskilled Operative for Campsfield IRC, Oxford. The role involves supporting deliveries, stores, and general FM tasks to keep operations smooth and safe. It requires a practical, hands-on approach and the ability to work well in a team.

The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a salary of £31,000 per year and a range of company benefits. Training will be provided as part of joining Mitie Care & Custody.

Responsibilities

• Support deliveries and goods inwards, ensuring accurate receipt and handling of items.
• Assist with stores management, including stock control and inventory tracking.
• Drive company vehicles as required for collections and deliveries.
• Carry out portage duties, including movement of equipment, supplies, and furniture.
• Set up rooms for meetings, training sessions, and operational needs.
• Provide general FM support across the site, maintaining cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
• Collaborate with site teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
