Müller Milk & Ingredients is hiring an Operational Hygiene Operative for the night shift at Droitwich Dairy. You will maintain high hygiene standards across production areas, equipment and lines to support safe, compliant production.

Qualifications

• Experience within food manufacturing, FMCG, hygiene, cleaning, or production environments.
• Strong focus on health, safety, quality, and hygiene standards.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.

Responsibilities

• Operate cleaning equipment safely in a food production environment.
• Carry out Cleaning-In-Place (CIP) processes for hygiene across lines.
• Ensure cleaning activities meet site standards and food safety requirements.
• Support 5S and workplace organisation initiatives.
• Complete quality and hygiene inspections for compliance.
• Replenish cleaning chemicals, consumables, and hygiene materials.
• Conduct basic equipment checks and report defects.

Operational Hygiene Operative (Nights)

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, 8:00pm - 6:30am

Join Our Team at Müller Droitwich

We're looking for an Operational Hygiene Operative to join our night shift team at Droitwich Dairy. This is a key role within our production operation, helping to maintain the high hygiene standards that underpin food safety, product quality, and operational excellence across the site.

As part of the Hygiene team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our production areas, equipment, and machinery are cleaned, maintained, and ready to support efficient production. You'll play an essential role in ensuring we continue to deliver high-quality products to our customers while maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operating industrial cleaning equipment and machinery safely and effectively within a food production environment.
• Carrying out Cleaning-In-Place (CIP) processes to maintain exceptional hygiene standards across production lines.
• Ensuring all cleaning activities are completed in line with site standards, procedures, and food safety requirements.
• Supporting the site's 5S and workplace organisation initiatives.
• Completing quality and hygiene inspections to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and company standards.
• Replenishing cleaning chemicals, consumables, and hygiene materials as required.
• Conducting basic equipment checks and reporting any defects or maintenance concerns.
• Contributing to a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across the site.
