Job summary

We are seeking a motivated Cream Packing Operative to join Müller UK & Ireland's Droitwich Dairy production team. You will be responsible for packing dairy products, performing quality checks, and following SOPs to maintain high hygiene and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manually packing dairy products into boxes and ensuring finished products meet quality standards.
• Carrying out routine quality checks to ensure products are fit for purpose and meet customer expectations.
• Following standard operating procedures, work instructions, and site safety requirements.
• Operating equipment and production processes effectively to achieve daily output targets.
• Replenishing materials and packing supplies as required.
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and housekeeping through a "clean as you go" approach.
• Supporting the training and development of colleagues on relevant tasks and processes.
• Communicating effectively with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Supporting general production activities, including product handling, packing, movement of goods, and basic equipment operation.
