We're looking for someone who is proactive and customer-focused, with experience operating within a regulated financial environment in the automotive industry. You'll combine industry knowledge with a passion for delivering great customer outcomes, confidently navigating a fast-paced and evolving landscape while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and compliance.
In this role you’ll support the Operational Governance Lead in the delivery of Quality Assurance (QA) and 1st Line of Defence (1LOD) outcome testing, including the implementation of remedial actions where required.
You’ll play a key role in shaping a strong governance and compliance culture, working across regulated activities to drive quality, influence best practice and ensure great customer outcomes in a dynamic and evolving environment.
