Job summary

Mercedes-Benz Cars is seeking an Operational Governance Specialist to support QA and 1LOD outcome testing, delivering remedial actions where required. The role focuses on regulated finance and lead generation, providing regulatory guidance and insights to the governance team.

The successful candidate will lead monthly QA reviews, create training to strengthen regulatory knowledge, and act as a trusted contact for compliance matters in a dynamic automotive environment.

How you'll play your part

We're looking for someone who is proactive and customer-focused, with experience operating within a regulated financial environment in the automotive industry. You'll combine industry knowledge with a passion for delivering great customer outcomes, confidently navigating a fast-paced and evolving landscape while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and compliance

In this role you'll support the Operational Governance Lead in the delivery of Quality Assurance (QA) and 1st Line of Defence (1LOD) outcome testing, including the implementation of remedial actions where required
