Job summary

TikTok is seeking an Operation Excellence Manager to lead and optimize monetization operations in London. You will drive end-to-end sales processes, partner with Product, Finance, and Sales to translate business needs into scalable system solutions and governance, and push automation to enhance efficiency.

The role focuses on transforming manual processes into data-driven, scalable operations across EUI markets, with emphasis on policy compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a growth environment, management consulting, investment banking, tech platforms, etc.
• Experience using data to create compelling stories that communicate key messages across the organization and to influence various levels of management decision-making
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite, especially Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily sales operations, including account management, Book of Business transfers, sales performance, and incentive operations, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
• Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve operational issues and provide reliable business support.
• Identify process inefficiencies, conduct root cause analysis, and drive SOP standardization and workflow improvements.
• Partner with Product teams to translate business needs into system requirements, support product testing, and promote automation adoption.
• Monitor operational metrics, generate actionable insights, and develop training materials to improve operational efficiency, process consistency, and stakeholder experience.
