Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Monetization Strategy & Operations Associate for its London location. This one-year rotational program offers at least two roles across MSO, with a potential permanent position after completion.

You will partner with cross-functional leaders and contribute to monetization planning and performance analysis. As part of the MSO team, you will build analytical insights, engage in financial modeling, and help drive strategic initiatives aligned with company priorities across time

Qualifications

• 3+ years of strategy, business operations, investment banking, consulting, or related analytical experience.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to derive insights from data.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and drive strategies and critical initiatives to grow the business.
• Set expectations for how the business should perform, including long-term revenue planning.
• Actively manage performance and communicate with stakeholders via regular reviews and deep-dives.
• Screen the market for analytical insights to inform TikTok's growth strategy.
