Titan Wealth seeks an experienced Operational Excellence Manager to join our Central Operations team. This role sits at the heart of the organisation, delivering process improvements and scalable solutions that support growth across the UK and internationally.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, Data, Technology, and Operations, driving continuous improvement and ensuring processes are well-documented, practical, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operational excellence, change management, or related roles.
• Strong process mapping, analysis, and documentation skills.
• Experience with CRM and document management systems.
• Ability to lead workshops with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience operating within a regulated environment.
• 3 years of continual service at Titan.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for iO and ensure processes are practical, scalable, and aligned with standards.
• Manage and maintain CRM configurations, workflows, and settings.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and introduce automation solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance process documentation, SOPs, training materials, and controls.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and drive change.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with Data teams to ensure CRM processes operate effectively.
• Support regional teams to standardise operating practices.
• Support integrations, acquisitions, onboarding, and transformation initiatives.
• Ensure processes and training are embedded in day-to-day operations.
