• UK regulatory knowledge including CASS, COBS, COLL, and SYSC.
• Experience in operations management and client/service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and steer the team’s technical delivery strategy to meet service standards and client KPIs.
• Support governance, change management, and risk reporting across technology solutions.
• Provide timely reporting to boards/committees and engage with external stakeholders as required.
