Titan Wealth Holdings Limited is seeking a commercially minded HR Business Partner to support a fast-growing wealth management business in the UK. The role involves partnering with senior leaders, driving performance, managing complex ER cases, and supporting growth through acquisitions and integration.

You will operate strategically with leaders while delivering hands-on HR activity, embedding high-performance culture and regulatory compliance across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven HR Business Partner experience within a wealth management organisation.
• Experience supporting growth, transformation or change within a commercial setting.
• Strong employee relations experience, including complex and sensitive cases.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with influence and challenge capability.
• Balance people outcomes with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders with commercially focused people solutions.
• Partner with leadership to drive organisational performance and growth.
• Lead integration and change management during acquisitions and restructures.
• Manage employee relations and performance, including TUPE and change matters.
