You will drive cross-functional improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma, coach belt programs, and build capability while tracking savings and KPI performance.

This role emphasizes governance, audit readiness, and standardization to sustain an enterprise-wide continuous improvement culture.

Qualifications

• Identify and execute productivity, quality, cost, delivery, and safety improvement projects.
• Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives using analytical and structured problem-solving approaches.
• Coach teams on Lean Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
• Support shop-floor management with KPI reviews and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Implement shop-floor management and DMS practices.
• Drive KPI review mechanisms and performance monitoring.
• Promote visual management and escalation systems.
• Deliver Belt training and mentoring (White/Yellow/Green Belt).
• Prepare monthly MIS and provide OE updates.
