Job summary

Cubis Systems, part of CRH, seeks an Operational Excellence Lead to establish and sustain a structured CI program across Cubis Systems and NAL. You will identify waste via data triggers and lead CI projects, while embedding disciplined processes aligned to the business strategy.

Reporting to the Head of Projects & Assets, you will champion Lean/Six Sigma, develop training, and drive cross‑functional collaboration to deliver measurable improvements and cost savings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in manufacturing & engineering improvements across multi-jurisdiction environments.
• Knowledge of compression and injection moulding processes.
• Experience leading Opex/CI projects with structured methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain a CI framework for manufacturing operations.
• Develop methods to improve CI with annual guidance from departments.
• Create visual management dashboards for daily/weekly reviews.
• Partner with production and engineering to validate root causes and actions.
• Track savings and governance of CI projects.
• Develop training materials and run CI tool workshops.
