Job summary

Culina Group is seeking an experienced Process Improvement Manager to drive operational excellence across logistics and support functions. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, optimise processes, and support digital transformation through data-driven analysis.

Working closely with operational teams and IT, you will map processes, conduct performance analyses, and develop business cases that deliver measurable benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Process/Continuous Improvement role.
• Strong understanding of logistics, warehousing, transport or supply chain operations.
• Lean, Six Sigma or similar CI methodologies.
• Skilled in process mapping, gap analysis, work study techniques and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Analyse, map and improve operational and business processes across the Group.
• Conduct time & motion studies, capacity analysis and productivity assessments to establish performance baselines.
• Identify inefficiencies, waste and automation opportunities, creating practical improvement plans.
• Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma and Root Cause Analysis tools.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate findings and gain buy-in for proposed solutions.
• Develop business cases that demonstrate measurable operational and financial benefits.
• Support digital transformation projects, ensuring continuous improvement principles are embedded in solution design.
• Partner with project teams and operational leaders to deliver sustainable process improvements.
• Promote best practice and act as a subject matter expert for Continuous Improvement across the business.
