Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Site Operational Excellence Manager in the UK to drive Lean leadership culture and deploy the site operating system. You will coach leaders and teams to adopt Lean behaviors, continuous improvement, and operational discipline.

responsibilities include deploying DMS, 5S, Standard Work, and capacity planning to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and engagement. Lead productivity initiatives and annual savings targets while aligning with site KPIs.

Qualifications

• Extensive project management experience across strategic and tactical change initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of Lean Management-based Business Systems.
• Experience planning, facilitating, and leading continuous improvement workshops, and coaching organizational change.
• Several years in Lean Management, Business Systems, Consulting, or Business Excellence.
• Strong time management with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience in adapting to changing priorities and dynamic workloads.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with site Leadership Team to align on priorities and targets.
• Promote Agile Action Plans to drive site performance improvements.
• Facilitate Improvement Events addressing key business challenges and measurable outcomes.
• Train and coach HPS Enablers in HPS tools and methodologies.
• Serve as an HPS thought leader driving cultural transformation.
• Contribute to day-to-day site KPIs and budget planning as part of the Extended Leadership Team.
• Own site productivity budget and identify opportunities for efficiency.
• Conduct workload and capacity analyses to inform budget, resourcing and investment.
• Champion continuous improvement using HPS tools like Structured Problem Solving and Value Stream Mapping.
