Job summary

GXO Logistics in Greenford, UK, is recruiting a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead and develop the CI function within the operation supporting Waitrose. You will provide management expertise, coaching and guidance on CI activities, delivering end-to-end process improvements on site.

The role is full-time, on site, mostly Monday to Friday 08:00–16:00, with a salary up to £55,000 per annum and 25 days leave plus bank holidays. Pension and life assurance are included.

Qualifications

• Certified Green Belt or working towards (training provided).
• Process orientation with track record in supply chain improvements

Responsibilities

• Work with operation teams to ensure end to end process flows and CI opportunities.
• Turn data analysis into timely, accurate insights to drive positive actions across the site.
• Capture and coordinate CI projects and rollout successful initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior management to achieve target site savings via Value Stream Mapping and other activities
