Qualifications
- Formal qualification to HNC level is desirable but not essential.
- Experience in a maintenance environment, particularly within industrial sites or electrical substations.
- Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project to manage tasks and projects.
- Solid understanding of Health & Safety legislation and Risk Management Processes.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with work specifications and health & safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supervise safety protocols for Siemens and contractor staff, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
- Enhance existing and new processes to improve service quality, directly benefiting our customers.
- Conduct fault investigations and prepare detailed QA/customer‑standard reports.
- Provide technical support and training to staff, promoting continual improvement and professional growth.
