Job Description:

ARM has an exciting opportunity for an Operational Due Diligence Analyst to join a fast-paced team at a Global Defence Company in Stevenage. This is a contract role for 6 months, requiring 3 days onsite per week, with a salary of £35.00 per hour (Umbrella).

The Operational Due Diligence Analyst will be responsible for activities related to supplier onboarding and risk processes, including:

• Monitoring ethics and financial outputs, and supplier questionnaires
• Distributing electronic campaigns for supplier declarations
• Collaborating with the Supplier On-boarding Governance team, running approval committees, and tracking decisions
• Supporting the business within the e-procurement tool for due diligence and onboarding
• Supporting compliance policies, internal controls, regulatory processes, and KPI preparation

Requirements:

• Keen, proactive individual capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting critical deadlines
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Experience with supplier due diligence and onboarding
• Ability to analyze data and present findings clearly and concisely
• Previous knowledge of procurement processes
• Comfortable liaising with stakeholders
