Are you looking for greater flexibility to work from home?
Or perhaps you’re seeking your first Manager-grade role where you can learn from a highly talented CRO?
This established, niche insurer offers a fully remote role, allowing you to work from home every day.
Within 2nd line, you’ll partner with 1st line operations across Claims, Underwriting, and Distribution to support effective risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring activities.
You’ll oversee and challenge 1st line risk management processes, controls, and decision-making, focusing on operational and conduct risk. You’ll support the enhancement of the company’s risk management framework, lead RCSAs, develop risk assessments, and monitor risk appetite with 1st line stakeholders.
You’ll assist in preparing and delivering risk and compliance reports to senior management, Board committees, and regulatory bodies as needed.
This role offers scope for personal initiative and encourages continual challenge to develop the risk culture across the business.
We are seeking an experienced Risk professional from the Financial Services sector, ideally with broad Risk experience across disciplines including Operational and Conduct Risk. Previous Insurance experience is advantageous but not essential.
You should have experience developing risk assessments, executing RCSAs, and possess an analytical mindset, curiosity, and a willingness to learn. Excellent communication skills are essential.
