You will audit timesheets and mileage, verify billing, coordinate with the Finance team, and ensure GDPR and safeguarding compliance across staff records and portals.

Responsibilities

• Operational Supervision & Delegated Authority: Act with operational authority in the absence of Leads and Director, making critical decisions regarding service dispatch, risk management, and shift escalations.
• Oversee daily workflows for Office Administrators, Duty Coordinators, and HR Assistants, ensuring tasks are prioritised and SLAs are met.
• Triage and resolve complex operational challenges before escalating only high-risk issues to Senior Leadership.
