Loungers Croeso Lounge in Porthcawl is hiring Chefs to join our busy kitchen team. We offer up to £12.71 per hour plus tips, paid breaks, staff meals on every shift and 50% off food and drinks from day one. This is the opening team for a brand-new site in a growing hospitality group with over 300 sites.

As a Chef, you’ll cook to spec, assist the Head Chef, keep the kitchen clean and safe, and work closely with FOH to deliver a great guest experience. We value reliability, energy, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Passion for real cooking and quality food.
• Punctual, dependable, and hardworking.
• Energetic with a positive attitude.
• Excellent team communication.
• Experience in high-volume kitchens (Grill/Line/Chef de Partie).

Responsabilités

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes, to all day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety and allergen processes at all times.
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience.
