Job summary

Loungers is hiring Chefs to join our kitchen teams across England and Wales. Earn up to £12.71 per hour plus tips, with paid breaks, staff meals, and 50% off food and drinks from day one. Flexible hours and shift patterns suit part-time, full-time, or casual workers looking for a great next step in a busy kitchen.

You’ll work with Head Chefs to deliver our all-day menu, ensuring dishes hit spec, maintain high standards, and support a smooth kitchen operation from prep to plate.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.
• A passion for real cooking and quality food.
• Team player with good communication and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes, to all day Lounge breakfasts
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped
• Follow food safety & allergen processes at all times
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience
