Qualifications

• Experience with fresh ingredients and ability to work in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver great shifts and prep.
• Maintain a clean, organised kitchen and uphold standards.
• Own your section and manage prep, cleanliness and hygiene.
• Follow allergen processes and ensure kitchen safety.
• Support and train junior team members and help develop skills.
• Ensure every plate leaves the kitchen to spec.
