Job summary

Europe PMC on EMBL-EBI's Hinxton campus is seeking an enthusiastic Outreach and Engagement Officer to connect researchers with open science resources. You’ll build collaborative relationships with partners, run social media campaigns, craft content, and deliver events and training for diverse user groups.

Qualifications

• Experience in communications, engagement or marketing within research, open science, or academic contexts.
• Experience tailoring content for researchers, developers, and open science advocates.

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day engagement activities across social media, content creation, events, webinars and training.
• Tailor messages for early-career and established researchers, developers and text and data miners.
• Create and deliver training sessions and webinars for Europe PMC users and stakeholders.
• Develop webinars and on-demand training materials and monitor engagement KPIs across channels.
• Attend events and contribute to presentations and strategic planning for Europe PMC development.
