Job summary

Bauer Media Outdoor UK is looking for a Trading Executive to learn all aspects of our business and progressively take on client-specific responsibilities. In a collaborative Trading Team, you will develop product knowledge and build relationships with clients, delivering tailored OOH solutions using data-driven insights.

You will engage with internal stakeholders, promote enhanced solutions, and actively drive short- and long-term commercial success through proactive selling and relationship

Qualifications

• Numerate with good Excel-like data handling and numeracy.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Proven negotiation skills and ability to persuade and influence.
• Ability to manage multiple briefs and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with aligned Specialists.
• Respond promptly and accurately to briefs.
• Question client requirements and prepare briefs reflecting their needs.
• Proactively educate and inspire customers over the phone and face to face.
• Align client needs with Bauer Media Outdoor offerings using data and insight.
• Demonstrate smart negotiation using internal resources.
• Record and manage bookings efficiently in internal systems.
• Develop knowledge of Bauer Media Outdoor product portfolio, pricing and packaging.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align sales strategies.
• Understand availability and proactively sell more formats.
• Aim to exceed Specialist targets through selling, upselling and cross-selling.
