Job summary

Blaise Veterinary Referrals, part of Inspiring Vet Care, is seeking an Emergency Out of Hours Veterinary Surgeon to join our ECC team on a 4 on, 4 off rota. You’ll work with the wider practice team across nights, days, and twilight shifts to deliver high-quality patient and client care.

You’ll develop clinically, share knowledge with colleagues, and contribute to the clinical culture. RCVS registration and a veterinary degree are required; experience in OOH is preferred, with a proactive,

Qualifications

• Must hold Veterinary degree and RCVS registration.
• Experience in out-of-hours emergency care preferred.
• Strong communication and client relationships skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standard of patient and client care across a varied caseload.
• Consult and care for inpatients alongside the ECC team.
• Commit to a minimum of 4 bank holidays per year & 2 weekends per month on a rota averaging 22hrs per week.
