Job summary

Babcock, a global FTSE 100 organisation, is looking for a Customer Services Administrator in Wareham/Bovington, Dorset to support the movement of vehicles and assets through the repair lifecycle.

The role requires strong admin skills, MS Office proficiency, and a Full UK driving licence. Security Check (SC) clearance is required. The position is full-time and onsite, offering a competitive package and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Office applications and business systems.
• Strong administrative and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Experience working in a fast-paced operational or customer service environment.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with customers regarding vehicle and asset deliveries, collections and schedule changes.
• Updating and maintaining accurate vehicle and asset records using company systems.
• Coordinating with workshop, planning and transport teams to support the smooth flow of assets through the repair process.
• Monitoring asset progress and escalating risks to delivery timescales, performance or compliance.
• Producing reports, completing handover processes and supporting loading and unloading activities when required.
